Jackson joins the company as a professional with more than two decades of experience across the retail, consumer, and manufacturing sectors.
Most recently, he served as CFO at American Signature Inc., where he oversaw a broad range of functions including finance, IT, analytics, and supply chain. Before that, he spent more than ten years at L Brands, working across major brands like Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works.

The North American cannabis vertically integrated operator focuses on cultivation, manufacturing, and retail, running business across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and California, with retail exposure in Canada and Ohio.
Founded in 2017 in Canada as a licensed producer, it shifted its focus in 2018 to higher-growth state markets via acquisitions of dispensaries and cultivation assets.
Full-year 2025 earnings results reported in March revealed a 2.8% year-over-year decrease to $260.6 million, gross margin of roughly 52%, and the 10th consecutive quarter of positive free cash flow.
