Strong International Demand Propels Decibel Cannabis Q3 Revenue Up 37% YoY
Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. (TSXV: DB) (OTCQB: DBCCF) announced on Wednesday that its third-quarter net revenue increased 37% year-over-year to CA$32.9 million ($23.4 million).
That’s a result of contributions from AgMedica Bioscience Inc., the company said, which accelerated international sales.
“International demand continues to outpace supply, our partnerships are expanding and our domestic business has never been stronger,” Benjamin Sze, the company’s CEO, said. “With premium products gaining traction globally and our execution capabilities proven, we believe Decibel is only at the beginning of its growth trajectory.”
Q3 2025 Financial Highlights
- Net Canadian recreational sales totaled CA$24.5 million, up 3% year-over-year.
- International sales reached CA$8.4 million, representing a 37% quarter-over-quarter increase.
- Gross profit before fair value adjustments amounted to CA$15.3 million, up from CA$12.7 million in the prior year’s profit.
- Net loss and comprehensive loss totaled CA$1.3 million, up from $585 000 net loss and comprehensive loss in the third quarter of last year.
- Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP financial measure, was CA$3.8 million, a year-over-year increase of CA$1.7 million. Adjusted earnings per share were CA$0.01, an improvement of CA$0.01 year-over-year.
- Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, came in positive at CA$7.3 million, up from CA$5.2 million adjusted EBITDA gain in the prior year’s period, representing a year-over-year increase of 40%.
- Free cash flow was CA$1.5 million, a year-over-year decrease of CA$0.3 million.
