Cannabis Stocks To Watch Ahead Of Earnings Season, Here Are Key Dates For These Major Players
Another earnings season is just around the corner. Here’s when upcoming conference calls of cannabis companies within the U.S. will take place.
Canopy Growth
Canopy Growth Corporation (TSX:WEED) (NASDAQ:CGC) will report second quarter 2026 financial results before financial markets open on Nov. 7, 2025.
The consensus estimate anticipates an earnings per share loss of $0.11 and revenue of approximately $71.82 million for the quarter, according to Market Beat.
The Canadian cannabis giant has been establishing its presence in the U.S. via Canopy USA, LLC, a U.S.-based holding company in which Canopy holds a non-participating, non-controlling interest.
Canopy USA’s portfolio includes ownership of Acreage Holdings, Inc., Wana Wellness, LLC, The Cima Group, LLC, Mountain High Products and LLC, and Lemurian, Inc.
“Each one of these companies has its own history, founders and culture, which makes integration tricky,” President Brooks Jorgensen recently told IgniteIt. “Our goal is to consolidate, find synergies, and focus on the fundamentals of a well-run business before we expand our partnerships further.”
Canopy USA is playing the long game, Jorgensen said.
Canopy Growth’s shares traded 2.5926% lower at 1.3150 per share at the time of writing on Monday.
Aurora Cannabis
Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) (TSX: ACB), another Canadian cannabis giant, is poised to report its second-quarter financial results for fiscal 2026 on Nov. 5. The company said Miguel Martin, executive chairman and CEO, and Simona King, CFO, will discuss the results during the conference call the same day.
During the first quarter, the company expanded its global medical cannabis net revenue by 37% year-over-year to $64.8 million, while maintaining a strong balance sheet with roughly $186 million of cash and a debt-free cannabis business.
Aurora’s shares traded 2.39% lower at $5.12 per share at the time of writing on Monday.
Village Farms
Village Farms International, Inc. (NASDAQ: VFF) will host a conference call to discuss its third quarter 2025 financial results on Monday, Nov. 10.
The company recently introduced a one-way aroma valve in its cannabis flower packaging under its subsidiary and brand Pure Sunfarms.
Village Farms also announced a share repurchase authorization for up to 5% of its common shares, signalling confidence and potentially boosting shareholder value.
Village Farms’ shares traded 5.0364% lower at $3.1338 per share.
Green Thumb
Cannabis consumer packaged goods company Green Thumb Industries Inc. (CSE: GTII) (OTCQX: GTBIF) will release its third quarter 2025 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, Nov. 5, as well.
The owner of RISE Dispensaries posted $293.3 million in revenue in the second quarter, representing a 4.7% increase year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was a $82.7 million gain, or 28.2% of revenue.
