Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) (TSX: ACB) reported total net revenue of $84.8 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026. That’s a 10% year-over-year increase from $76.8 million, driven by strong medical cannabis performance.
