About

Canadian cannabis producer focused on medical cannabis, which made up about 90% of revenue in fiscal 2026, with more than half of sales outside Canada. It sells into Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, is one of three in-country producers in Germany and holds the leading market share in Poland. Brands include Aurora, MedReleaf, Pedanios, IndiMed, San Rafael '71, Tasty's and Whistler Medical Marijuana Co. Since August 2026 it has been fighting an unsolicited takeover bid from Curaleaf, which its board recommends shareholders reject.
