Nevada-incorporated, UK-based early-stage pharmaceutical company working on cannabinoid and cannabinoid-like molecules through its subsidiary ABTI Pharma Ltd. It has no revenue. In 2025 it agreed a share exchange with Protagenic Therapeutics and stopped SEC reporting, but the deal was unwound in February 2026 and Alterola recovered its cannabinoid, stilbenoid and Kv7 ion-channel assets.
