PharmaCielo Revenue Surges 330%; European Cannabis Flower Sales Take Off

PharmaCielo Ltd. (TSXV: PCLO) (OTC Pink: PCLOF) reported a sharp increase in first-quarter revenue as the Colombia-based cannabis producer expanded its geographic footprint and began selling flower into Europe.

Revenue reached $1.39 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, up from $323,000 a year earlier — an increase of roughly 330%.

The improvement was driven primarily by a broader international footprint and new dried flower sales to Europe, according to the company.

Gross profit climbed to $518,000 from a $61,000 loss in Q1 2025. Gross profit before fair-value adjustments reached $707,000, compared with just $33,000 a year ago.

“Revenue more than quadrupled to $1.4 million and gross profit improved to $0.5 million, reflecting stronger cannabis sales and a leaner operating platform,” Chairman and CEO Marc Lustig said.

The top-line growth, however, has yet to translate into profitability.

PharmaCielo recorded a $1.44 million net loss, compared with $1.30 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA loss widened to $689,000 from $404,000, which the company attributed in part to a one-time, non-recurring expense.

Management nevertheless expects increasing sales volumes and its revamped cost structure to support positive operating cash flow going forward.

PharmaCielo is targeting recurring export orders and deeper partnerships across Europe, Australia, South Africa and Latin America, while emphasizing higher-value dried flower and cannabis extracts. The company said major growth capital expenditures at its Colombian production and extraction center have been completed.

The results add another data point to the accelerating international cannabis trade, with low-cost cultivation jurisdictions such as Colombia increasingly targeting higher-value medical cannabis markets overseas.

PharmaCielo also issued 9.7 million shares on Aug. 24 to satisfy approximately $778,000 in interest owed on its 11% secured debentures, bringing its outstanding share count to roughly 221 million.
