Decibel Cannabis Stock Up After Strong 2025 Results, 484% YoY International Sales Growth

Canadian cannabis company Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. (TSXV: DB) (OTCQB: DBCCF) reported on Thursday that international sales for the full fiscal 2025 year increased 484% year-over-year to CA$24 million ($17.5 million), representing a major growth driver.

• Net revenue for the same period totaled CA$113 million, up 22% year-over-year.
• Adjusted EBITDA came in positive at CA$23 million, representing a year-over-year growth of 29%.

First full year of AgMedica operations delivered positive adjusted EBITDA of CA$7 million above the CA$4 million target, outperforming expectations and seen as highly accretive.

Q4 2025 Highlights

• Net revenue amounted to CA$28.7 million, representing a 13% increase year-over-year.
• International sales totaled CA$7.6 million, up 116% year-over-year.

What’s Next

The company expects “significantly high” double-digit growth through 2026 and beyond, driven by rapid expansion with 14+ customers and 40+ cultivator partners, strong backlog and demand, as well as scaling of extracts, vapes, and oil production.

In 2026, the company anticipates net revenue to range between CA$130 million and CA$135 million and an adjusted EBITDA gain of CA$27 to CA$31 million.
