Cannabis Giants On The Move: Aurora Bolsters EU Medical Lineup As Tilray Ramps Up Canada Offering

Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) (TSX: ACB) announced on Thursday the launch of Black Jelly, a proprietary cultivar, in Poland.

With the move, the company expanded its portfolio of high-potency medical cannabis products in one of Europe’s fastest-growing markets.

Black Jelly joins Farm Gas and Sourdough under the Cannabis flos Aurora brand portfolio. The cultivars are grown and produced in Aurora’s Canadian GACP and EU-GMP certified facilities.

“Aurora is uniquely positioned to bring this novel proprietary cultivar to the Polish market thanks to the company’s advanced genetic breeding program and unmatched global cultivation excellence,” Andreas Dotterweich, senior VP of Aurora Europe, said in a statement.

Separately, Tilray Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY) (TSX: TLRY) is introducing a new premium vape line via its subsidiary Redecan. The company announced on Thursday the launch of Amped Live Resin Liquid Diamond 1g 510 cartridges, Redecan’s first live resin–liquid diamond line, featuring the debut strains Space Age CK (1g 510) and Blueberry DNTS (1g 510).

In order to shape Amped’s natural flavor profile and upgraded hardware, Redecan drew on insights from budtender focus groups, including taste, comfort and design, Tilray said in a press release. Amped was developed to preserve full-spectrum cannabinoids and strain-specific terpenes that reflect the plant’s authentic profile.

Amped Live Resin Liquid Diamond 510 cartridges are available in Canada throughout Ontario and Alberta, while national distribution is scheduled for early 2026.
