Michigan’s Puff Cannabis Celebrates 420 Frenzy Every Month

Michigan’s Puff Cannabis Company is making the weed community’s beloved celebration a regular thing with September’s launch of 420 Frenzy. Set to be a monthly event featuring dozens of top brands and discounts of up to 50%, Puff’s 420 Frenzy will take center stage at the company’s 13 stores throughout Michigan.

Most typically observed on April 20 of each year, 420 is a celebration of all things cannabis. The day has become synonymous with fun and good deals, leading Puff Cannabis to make it a monthly party with its 420 Frenzy.

The promotion features giveaways and discounts of up to half off everything storewide, including products from dozens of Michigan’s top brands, on the 20th day of each month. Rewards members will earn triple points, and the first 100 customers at each location will be greeted with a free swag bag.

“We wanted to create an event that has never been done before in the cannabis industry for our customers and vendors to share together,” Puff Cannabis Company’s director of marketing and strategy, David Danese, writes in an email to IgniteIt. “Celebrating our favorite holiday every month made the most sense.”

The promotion also seems to have resonated with the company’s clientele, who were happy to join in the celebration the first time around.

“Our customers are the best, and they proved it during our first-ever Frenzy in September, making it the busiest day in PUFF history,” Danese says.

Noting that Michigan lawmakers recently approved a new 24% cannabis tax to fund roadway repairs, Denese says that Puff’s 420 Frenzy will give consumers a monthly opportunity to get more cannabis for their buck.

“We want our customers to know that we are aware of how they have taken care of us in the last 5 years, and with the new tax laws coming, we will always be thinking of creative ways to return the love,” he says.
